Retainer Support is ideal for customers who have a variety of skills in house but require specialist support, project support, consultancy or holiday cover. Retainer support is beneficial to organisations that require the ability use their support contract on an “ad-hoc” basis rather than arranging contracts per incident. The process involves the customer investing in a number of consultancy days which can be utilised over a 12 month contractually agreed period.
